Chip has been a financial advisor since 2001 and has been with Baird since 2015. He is a lifelong Clevelander and lives in Bay Village with his wife, Emily, and their two boys, Jack and Leo. They also added their dog Peach to the family too! For more than a decade, Chip and Emily have been involved with raising funds for cancer research for their alma mater - The Ohio State University - through Pelotonia. In his community, Chip serves as vice president of the Bay Rockets Association, an organization that has a mission to nurture and develop tomorrow’s leaders today. Chip is also a long time volunteer coach, but these days is happy watching games from the bleachers. Chip holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. He also maintains Life & Health Insurance licenses.

Chip A. is also a lifelong Clevelander, as well as a lifelong friend of Chip K. He lives in Bay Village with his wife Katie, a flight attendant with United Airlines for more than 25 years. Together they have four children: daughters Ava, Emery, & Arden, and their son, Cullen. In 2020, they welcomed their dog Symon to the crew, named after famous iron chef and native Clevelander Michael Symon. Chip is a board member for the Bay Rockets Association, a long time youth soccer coach, and loves to cook in his spare time. He graduated from John Carroll University where he played collegiate soccer and was the president of his fraternity. Chip joined Baird in January of 2024 after an impressive career in medical device sales where he ran his own company as an independent distributor for Zimmer Biomet. Chip holds FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses.

Pam is a lifelong Cleveland West sider, currently residing in Amherst with her husband, Tom, and their children, Trevor and Olivia. Pam likes to add to her chaos with animals... currently caring for 3 dogs: Fig, Levi and Willow. She has enjoyed her time supporting her children’s activities throughout the years, and is currently enjoying spending more time outdoors, as well as more time with her family and friends. Pam brings over 25 years of industry experience to the team, where in conjunction with Chip K, they have spent the past 20 years together successfully navigating the many changes within the industry and team. Pam holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
